Dear Fifth Grade Parents,
Once a month or so I will be sending home the Scholastic Book Club flyers. This is a way to provide age- and level- appropriate reading for my students.
There are two ways you can order books.
You can order using the form on the printed flyer. Just put the form(s) and one check for all orders made out to Scholastic into an envelope marked “Book Order.”
If you order online you have a much-wider selection of books than in the printed flyer, your order comes directly to me online, and you can use your credit card to pay.
Here’s how it works:
SIGN UP at www.scholastic.com/bookclubs. (If you’ve already registered, you’ll just need to sign in.) Select “Parent” under Tell Us Who You Are and click Continue. You’ll need to register by clicking the button under “First time here?” link. When prompted, enter the one-time Class Activation Code shown below. This unique code ensures that your order is sent to me.

SELECT the books you’d like to order—choose from thousands of titles—many more than in the monthly flyers.
SEND your order to me online by the due date and your child’s books will be delivered directly to my classroom or your home.
Scholastic is very generous with classroom reward points based on the number of orders. I can order free things for the classroom with these points. Thank you for your support.
